Social Media Tokens: OAuth access tokens granted by the platforms to monitor comments and send messages. We securely store these tokens in an encrypted database.
Activity Data: Comments left by users on your posts and reels, which are evaluated to trigger DMs.
Log Data: A record of automations executed (e.g., date, commenter username, matched trigger word, and status) to display on your dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To initialize and maintain your account.
To monitor comments on your linked social media feed posts.
To trigger direct messages (delivering URLs, files, or custom messages) to users who comment on your posts with specified keywords.
To provide analytics charts and logs on your dashboard.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your profile data and access tokens only for as long as you keep your social accounts linked to Comment To Link. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your profiles in the dashboard or via your social network settings (e.g. Facebook Business Integrations settings). Upon disconnect, we immediately delete all stored access tokens associated with your profile.
